The Board of Directors thanks the participants for a great golf game. We had the tournament in September last year. However, it is agreed that we could offer a better golf climate to our participants if we moved the tournament to an earlier date.

The day started with a cup of coffee and some sandwiches followed by the participants receiving giveaway bags from Tourism Authority of Thailand. Our Annual Traditional Vita Nova Foundation Open turned out to be another good event for and by all participants in spite of the rain which we did not really waited for. There were 28 persons who joined the golf tournament, and it was great to see all the new and loyal golfers who joined in.

As in the previous years, the day was filled with happy and willing golfers, partying away at the end of the tournament with the prize giving ceremony, and as usual a lot of lucky draw prizes were given away sponsored by a number of great companies that supports the Vita Nova Foundation. Thai Airways and Tourism Authority of Thailand gave away the main lucky draw prizes at this year's prize giving ceremony and Thai buffet party. Mr. Tomas Fallman as in the previous year made an unexpected and most needed contribution to the Foundation by sponsoring the buffet lunch to every participant. A big applause to him.

Proceeds of the charity go to SOS-Children's Villages in Thailand. We give our heartfelt thanks and will forever as always be grateful to our sponsors. 6)Best round scratch: Thomas Fällman 82 (men). Mrs. Nanthavan Sukkhasantikul 90 (women). Since Mrs. Nanthavan has already won the trophy three consecutive years, she can keep the wandering trophy as well as the trophy she won last year.
