The Vita Nova Foundation Open - Wednesday September 6, 2006 The Arninge Golf Club, Vågsjö Gård, Täby
It was a rather chilly and misty morning, but all of the 34 participants who had signed up to participate in the first Vita Nova Foundation Open were at the golf course by 8 a.m., all very enthousiastic and eager to start. After registration and a briefing by Seth Strandin, the Club's Manager, the tournament started at 9:00 a.m.

The first team started to come in by 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon and the tournament ended with the last team finishing at about 3:00 p.m. The day turned out to be relatively warm and sunny. After resting for about half an hour over cold beers and soft drinks, the participants were treated with a delicious buffet dinner in the Club's restaurant. Finally, it was tme for the prize giving ceremony. The results are as follows:

1st prize for the lucky draw: 2 round trip tickets to Thailand with 2 overnights for at the Rose Garden Golf Resort offered Thai Airways and the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Winner: Ann-Christine Brask
